Floor Maintainer

Outstanding gloss finish. Repairs scratched, marked and worn areas. Excellent cleaning results. A fragrant, low viscosity, opaque, rose coloured liquid floor maintainer. Maintainer 3 recoats and repairs floors to leave a flexible slip resistant finish, keeping floors at the peak of their appearance and restoring those that are losing their shine. Suitable for use on marble, terrazzo, linoleum, vinyl, rubber, tiles, stone, sealed wood and sealed cork. Ideal for use in schools, colleges, hotels, offices, airports, factories, shops, shopping centres, ferries, bars, nightclubs and pubs. Directions for use of Maintainer 3 Floor Maintainer: Shake before use and dilute according to the job. Always brush floor to remove loose debris prior to application. Clean heavily soiled floors prior to application. Spray Cleaning/Burnishing – Spray Maintainer 3 solution onto the immediate floor area. Allow a few seconds contact time and burnish the floor dry.

Damp Mopping – Apply Maintainer 3 solution using a mop, agitate and remove any excess liquid. Allow the floor to dry. Machine burnish for a high gloss finish.

Traffic Liquid Wax

A solvent based wax floor polish for traditional maintenance of wooden floors. Traffic Liquid Wax is ideal for use on wood, cork, granwood and terracotta floors. It is also known as Bourne Traffic Liquid Wax. It cleans, protects and provides a long lasting, fully rebuffable shine. Directions for use of Traffic Liquid Wax – Application: for applying wax, use a lambswool applicator pad by hand or a polish applicator frame & wooden handle. Allow to dry and then buff to a shine with a low / medium speed rotary floor machine fitted with a red or tan buffing pad or polishing brush. Re-apply Traffic Liquid Wax and buff on those areas that are worn and no longer respond to buffing every 1 to 4 weeks, depending on the amount of traffic. Maintenance: Dust control/lightly damp mop daily and maintain the shine on the floor by machine buffing. Never use Bourne Traffic Liquid Wax on top of emulsion floor polishes. Never use it on thermoplastic, vinyl, rubber or asphalt floors. New or sanded floors should be sealed with Bourne Seal before applying Bourne Traffic Liquid Wax.
